Our products are available wholesale to qualified purchasers

Wholesale Orders:

  • Our products ship with private label-ready packaging
    • Optional retail-ready packaging is available, and we will work to accommodate your requirements. Via our Natural Sponges® brand, we have shelf and/or hang-tab packaging for many of our products with GS1 registered UPC/EAN codes as required by stores and supermarkets. This option is reserved for case lot orders and requires extra time to package and ship the product.
    • Our sea sponges can be individually tagged to identify the type and size and shipped loose, in zip-lock bags, or individually netted.
    • Most loofah & fiber products are packaged in clear OPP (polypropylene) packaging.
  • Wholesale customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost either via a UPS, FedEx, or DHL account, or we can send a separate invoice once the items are packed and the shipping can be accurately calculated.
    • Many of our products are light and therefor are most cost-effective to ship via USPS Priority Mail. If your order requires large box sizes or is excessively heavy, we may ship via USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground to save on shipping costs. 
    • If you need an order expedited, we will research the cost difference and let you decide which shipment method works best for you.
    • Wholesale orders often take more time to be packed for shipment than retail orders, please let us know if you need them quickly and we will let you know how soon we can ship.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will let you know.
  • A few items are excluded from wholesale pricing as we sell them near our cost.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale purchases?

Our MOQ varies depending on the product category. Detailed information is provided in our wholesale catalog, which you can access upon approval of your application.

We accept payments via bank transfer, major credit cards, and PayPal. Payment terms will be discussed upon approval of your wholesale account.

Processing times typically range from 7-10 business days, depending on order size and product availability. Shipping times vary based on destination and chosen shipping method.
